Shoqata e Rehabilitimit Fizik për Personat me Aftësi të Kufizuar (SHRFPAK) was established to respond to the rehabilitation and inclusion needs of persons with disabilities in Albania. Its English reference is Physical Rehabilitation Association for Persons with Disabilities.
Our institutional approach connects clinical understanding with social responsibility. Physical rehabilitation can support mobility and daily function, while advocacy and community participation address the environmental and social barriers that often restrict independence.
From Tirana, SHRFPAK coordinates specialized support services and develops cooperation with persons with disabilities, families, rehabilitation professionals, community actors, and institutions. Activities are shaped by individual dignity, informed practice, responsible coordination, and an enduring commitment to equal participation.
